AUSTIN--CCIM Institute has announced its 2016 Leadership Team and committee chairpersons during the organization's annual fall conference in Austin.

Nick Nelson, partner at Longbow Real Estate Group, was appointed to serve as chair of CCIM Institute Networking Committee, which directs the organization's member-to-member connectivity platform initiatives and convenes at the organization's spring and fall Annual Governance meetings.

In addition, Nelson was recognized in the 2015 November CIRE magazine for best practices in GIS mapping, and was recently invited to be the retail panelist in the Annual Land Development seminar hosted by the Austin Bar Association. Nelson is also the 2015 Central Texas CCIM Chapter president.

The CCIM Institute's 2016 executive leadership team includespresident Steven Moreira, president of SWM Capital Advisors in Longwood, FL.; president-elect Robin Webb, managing director/principal of NAI Realvest in Orlando, FL.; first vice president David P. Wilson, executive vice president at Lockard Cos. in Cedar Falls, IA.; and treasurer Louis H. Nimkoff, president of Brio Real Estate in Winter Park, FL.
