SALT LAKE CITY, UT—Newmark Grubb ACRES has completed the sale of the former Corsicana Bedding Building to Standard Industries. The 155,106 square foot office/manufacturing facility is located at 879 South 4400 West in Salt Lake.

NGA executive vice president Bryce Blanchard and Kelsie Akiyama represented the seller, BH Properties, in this transaction.

Standard Industries is a restaurant supply company in the Midwest with nine locations across Utah, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and Idaho. The company provides restaurants nationwide with everything from equipment and furniture to menus and aprons. This recent acquisition will be their second distribution center in Salt Lake City.
