Mixed-Use Project Targets 2016 Wrap

CHANDLER, AZ—A consortium of Hines, Alliance Residential, WINLEE Development and Concord Hospitality is developing the multi-use project, and CBRE/UCR has the marketing/leasing assignment.

CHANDLER, AZ—Chandler Viridian PRIMEGATE @ Fashion Center, the distinctive restaurant and retail component of the $150 million mixed-use Chandler Viridian development, will be delivering users in 2016. The project is currently under construction at the northwest corner of the intersection of the Loop 202 and Loop 101 freeways.

WINLEE Development, a division of Winfield Lee Investments, is developing PRIMEGATE and recently closed on the land for the project for $4.8 million. A consortium of Hines, Alliance Residential, WINLEE Development and Concord Hospitality is developing the multi-use project, and CBRE/UCR has the marketing/leasing assignment.
