Luxury Housing Far from Dorm-Like

TEMPE, AZ— The BOKA Powell-designed tower offers two-, three- and four-bedroom residential units with panoramic views of the Sun Devil stadium; amenities include resort-style pool, indoor/outdoor study areas and fully equipped kitchens.

TEMPE, AZ—The second phase of University House is open for student use. This private luxury student housing development on Arizona State University‘s campus was designed by BOKA Powell to complement an existing adjacent first phase. That phase consists of a 16-story, 148,680-square-foot building with 242 beds including two-, three- and four-bedroom options, says University House Communities.

“University House represents a new trend in luxury student housing, with top-of-the-line features including nine-foot exposed concrete ceilings, porcelain tile bathrooms, and full-sized washers and dryers,” said David Pierce, executive vice president of development, University House Communities.
