Kalikow Group Brokers Luckey Ranch Sale

SAN ANTONIO--The Kalikow Group, on behalf of KEP Luckey Ranch Global Associates, has announced the sale of a 70-acre commercial development parcel at the master-planned 2,400-home, 610-acre Luckey Ranch project in San Antonio. The buyer was not disclosed.

SAN ANTONIO–The Kalikow Group, on behalf of KEP Luckey Ranch Global Associates, has announced the sale of a 70-acre commercial development parcel at the master-planned 2,400-home, 610-acre Luckey Ranch project in San Antonio. The buyer was not disclosed.

The total site consists of 540 acres zoned for residential development as well as the 70 acres zoned for commercial use with frontage on Highway 90. In the last three years, the Kalikow Group has sold all of the available residential development acreage. The property is located at Loop 1604 North and Highway 90, in the growing “Donut Hole” area of the city.
