SAN ANTONIO--Transwestern's San Antonio office has been retained to provide leasing services for the speculative class A+ VISTA Corporate Center office development.

Planned at 13805 Interstate 10 W., VISTA Corporate Center is the only recent class A or better building to be developed on a speculative basis in the highly sought-after Northwest submarket. Construction for the premier building is under way, with completion expected in fourth quarter 2016.

Transwestern executive managing director Russell T. Noll, is working in conjunction with Deborah Bauer, founder of Drake Commercial Group, to lease the 157,000-square-foot project on behalf of the developer, San Antonio-based 15000 IH-10 Ltd. The architect on the project is Studio M Architecture & Planning and the contractor on the project is G.W. Mitchell Construction.
