Hotels Attract Guests with Outdoor Amenities

PHOENIX—The 123-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton and the 123-room Hilton Garden Inn, both in Phoenix-Avondale have undergone renovations, according to MCR Development. Both hotels opened in 2008 and are located in Phoenix’s West Valley in proximity to a variety of corporate and leisure demand generators.

The renovations involved updating all guest suites with new furniture and design décor, as well as remodeling the lobby and common areas to provide more space and flexibility. The Homewood Suites by Hilton design enhancement will also include an outdoor public gathering space for guests to enjoy Phoenix’s year-round climate. The Hilton Garden Inn’s design concept includes redesigned banquet and meeting rooms as well as installing new exercise and cardiovascular equipment in the fitness center.
