DALLAS--Savills Studley has hired Frank McCafferty as executive managing director and co-branch manager for its Dallas office. He will work alongside Savills Studley executive vice president and co-branch manager Kelly Winn to run and expand the firm's operations in Dallas.
McCafferty joins Savills Studley with nearly 25 years of commercial real estate experience across several disciplines, including tenant representation, corporate services, development and construction management. Throughout his tenure, he has advised clients from a broad range of market sectors including government, pharmaceutical, health care, engineering, communications, financial services and consumer products.
"We see the consolidation within our industry as an opportunity to raise the flag for the occupier client, whose need for advocacy has been compromised with each merger," McCafferty told GlobeSt.com. "Savills Studley is the leading firm in N.A. with a global reach that is solely focused on serving the tenant only through its conflict-free model."
Prior to joining Savills Studley, Frank served as the west region portfolio services leader for Cushman & Wakefield, where he focused his efforts on providing tenant representation services and integrated services to corporate clients. Previously, McCafferty served as senior vice president with UGL Equis and as a senior asset manager for the General Services Administration (GSA) in the mid-Atlantic region, developing over $1 billion in federal facilities.
"With his stellar reputation in the Dallas market, I welcome Frank to Savills Studley and look forward to working with him as we build our brand locally as the global leader in tenant representation," Winn says.
