MINNEAPOLIS-City Center Realty Partners, LLC a San Francisco-based real estate investor and developer, has just partnered with a fund managed by New York-based DRA Advisors LLC to acquire the 450,000 square foot Wells Fargo Plaza in southwest suburban Bloomington.

The office complex consists of a 24-story tower and a 3-story plaza building sitting on about 17 acres near the I-494 & France Ave. corridor. It includes a heated underground garage with 100 parking spaces and an additional 1,700 surface parking stalls.
