NEW YORK CITY—The Brooklyn-based TerraCRG has brought on Adam Courtney has as an associate VP of residential development sales.

Prior to joining TerraCRG, Courtney spent three years as an associate director at Lee & Associates NYC, where he specialized in commercial site development, investment sales and parking.

After moving to New York in 2000, he spent five years researching properties for Arizona investors in both Manhattan and Brooklyn, building his expertise on trends in neighborhood development.

While studying for a master's degree in public art studies from the University of Southern California, Courtney worked with the city of Los Angeles to create a series of active engagement events for the community, while the city was in the process of rezoning and rebuilding the downtown area into an arts and cultural focal point.

Since coming to New York, he has lived all over the boroughs. After spending six months in Queens, he shifted to Brooklyn and has lived in many neighborhoods there, ranging from Dumbo to Bushwick. Currently, he resides in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
