DALLAS—Phillip Rosenfeld and Matt Thompson, formerly of Colliers International, have joined the Dallas/Fort Worth office of Lee & Associates.
"We are confident Phil and Matt will complement our existing industrial brokerage team very well," Trey Fricke, co-managing principal of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth, told GlobeSt.com. "We work very hard to add quality individuals like Phil and Matt that understand how to share information to the benefit of their clients through an office environment where sharing and collaboration allow information to be used effectively in daily real estate decisions."
Rosenfeld will be joining Lee & Associates DFW as a director. With 10-plus years of experience in commercial real estate, he specializes in landlord representation with area expertise in the industrial markets of South Stemmons and Northwest Dallas. He has also been involved in tenant representation, sales and acquisitions, as well as real estate consulting.
While at Colliers, Rosenfeld established the ownership advisory team in 2007.
The team was designed to assist clients who had an interest in owning their real estate either as an occupier or an investor.
A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in business administration management, Rosenfeld received his J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
Thompson, who started his real estate career in 2004 at Colliers International, specializes in industrial and data center properties for the DFW area. Thompson helps businesses acquire and/or dispose of data center space, lease versus purchase analysis, project leasing, and financial analysis for investment sales.
Thompson graduated from SMU's Cox School of Business with a bachelor's degree in business administration in real estate finance and a minor in economics.
