DALLAS--Mill Creek Residential, through a joint venture with Elite International Investment Fund, has broken ground on Modera Turtle Creek.

The mixed-use community, which will add 207 upscale apartment homes in a six-story structure, will feature three levels of subterranean parking and is being constructed on the southwest corner of Cedar Springs Road and Welborn Street. The vacant lot was purchased from Oak Lawn United Methodist Church.

"Today's growing group of creative professionals enjoy the active, vibrant lifestyle the Turtle Creek neighborhood has to offer," Rick Perdue, Mill Creek Residential managing director for Dallas, told GlobeSt.com. "But they're looking for an apartment living experience that isn't available quiet yet in the neighborhood. Modera Turtle Creek will fill that void and offer an experience like no other in Turtle Creek."
