MetLife Hanover Complex Water-Tight in Time for Winter

HANOVER, NJ—The new MetLife Investments Global Headquarters in Hanover is water-tight just in time for winter, and Vision Real Estate Partners, which is building the complex in a joint venture with Rubenstein Partners, says construction is ahead of schedule and on budget.

HANOVER, NJ—The new MetLife Investments Global Headquarters in Hanover is water-tight just in time for winter, and Vision Real Estate Partners, which is building the complex in a joint venture with Rubenstein Partners, says construction is ahead of schedule and on budget.

The 185,000-square-foot, build-to-suit facility, at 67 Whippany Road adjacent to Bayer Healthcare’s East Coast Headquarters, is a sustainable, class A building, designed to LEED Gold Core and Shell and LEED Platinum Interiors standards.
