IRVINE, CA—David Mashian has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance as a senior vice president specializing in retail investment sales in Southern California.
Mashian has more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience in brokerage as well as the management and franchising of commercial real estate brokerage companies. Throughout his career, Mashian has been sought by major brokerage companies to hire, develop, mentor, motivate and lead high-performance sales teams and expand their commercial brokerage offices in Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties.
Mashian's moves from management to becoming a producer because he believes the opportunities in brokerage abound, and he is creating a team to dominate the shopping center product line for the private client category. Coldwell Banker Commercial says Mashian's decision to join the firm hinged on Coldwell Banker's national and international scope.
Mashian is widely known in the commercial real estate industry and currently teaches a Real Estate Principles course at UC Irvine Extension. He speaks regularly at events hosted by USC, CCIM, Board of Realtors and local organizations.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance is a national commercial real estate brokerage company headquartered in New York City, dedicated to serving private investors, owners, and small/mid-cap corporate users of real estate.
