MIAMI—Bob Schneiderman has come on board Colliers International South Florida as an executive vice president of Occupier Services. Schneiderman most recently served as the executive managing director of Cushman & Wakefield's South Florida operations.

"Bob brings the high-level experience and expertise that we were looking for," says Ken Krasnow, executive managing director and area leader of Colliers. "His experience in working with corporate users and local tenants as well as his overall knowledge of the occupier business will be of tremendous value to us as we continue to build our team and provide our clients with a superior level of service."

Schneiderman has completed more than 2.25 million square feet of leases valued in excess of $750 million in his career, along with sales valued at over $115 million. His experience includes tenant representation, corporate advisory services, renewal representation, build-to-suit, financial and market analysis, acquisition and disposition of real estate, project leasing and real estate consulting.
