DALLAS--Stream Realty Partners has been retained by Brooklyn, NY-based Fortis Property Group LLC as the exclusive leasing company for The Colonnade office building in North Dallas.
The 1.1-million square foot, class AA asset, owned by Fortis, is located at 15301 Dallas Parkway in Addison.
J.J. Leonard, managing director, and Ryan Evanich, vice president of Stream's office division in Dallas, will represent leasing for the property.
"Tenants are requiring high quality buildings with amenities allowing them to recruit and retain talented labor," Leonard told GlobeSt.com. "Companies are also capitalizing on great opportunities available in North Texas along the Dallas North Tollway."
The Colonnade, a three-tower complex connected by a three-story, 70-foot high barrel, vaulted-glass atrium, features excellent highway visibility off the Dallas North Tollway.
The property's amenities include a new cafe coming in early 2016, The Colonnade Club bar, a nine-level attached parking structure, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a 100-seat conference center, a convenience store and an on-site security and management office.
