DALLAS--E Smith Realty Partners has a new manager in its midst: Steve Jarvie has been hired as the firm's president.
Jarvie will lead the growth initiative for Dallas tenant representation services and will serve on the company's executive committee, assisting with strategic direction for the company.

Prior to joining E Smith Realty, Jarvie served as executive vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and The Staubach Co., focusing on the development of new business and management of client transactions. He has received numerous "Top Achiever" and multiple "Top Gun" awards, and is consistently honored as one of Dallas' top brokers. Jarvie has represented a broad spectrum of local and national companies accounting for more than 10 million square feet of leases during his career.

The addition of Jarvie comes shortly after E Smith Realty Partners added commercial real estate industry leaders Susan Arledge and Jeff Pappas to lead its global site selection and incentive services team. Arledge and Pappas were joined by Ann Harts as managing directors. The global site selection and incentive services divisions also include Alex Coe, Amanda Swartz, Eric Padilla and Kim Essex.
"Jarvie and I worked together for almost 15 years at The Staubach Co., along with Karra Guess, our chief financial officer," says Sharon Morrison, CEO and co-founder of E Smith Realty Partners. "I'm very excited to bring him on board to cultivate our dynamic group and continue to build a high-performance team at E Smith Realty Partners."
Jarvie earned his bachelor's degree from Baylor University where he also played baseball. He is an active volunteer in numerous charities throughout North Texas and across the country.
