DENTON, TX--NOVUS Realty Advisors principals John St. Clair and Grant Brodeur recently completed the trade of a 444-acre tract of land in Lakeview Ranch in Denton.
This well-positioned investment property was purchased by FSA & S Collin County LLC from owner Canyon Energy Partners, who was represented by St. Clair, while Brodeur handled the transaction for the buyer.
Lakeview Ranch is an existing single-family home development located south of State Highway 380 along Lakeview Boulevard in the city of Denton. The new property owner plans to reposition the various tracts within the 444 acres and offer the entire tract or individual parcels for sale. Currently the land is zoned residential by the city of Denton with specific allowance for 40-, 50- and 60-foot single-family lots.
St. Clair and Brodeur will continue to represent the new owner in the marketing and brokerage of the land for sale within Lakeview Ranch.
