PHILADELPHIA, PA—Precision Realty Group has joined CORFAC International as its newest domestic affiliate and will cover Philadelphia's urban and suburban submarkets and Southern New Jersey.

"We are pleased to welcome Precision Realty Group to CORFAC International," says Scott Savacool, CCIM, SIOR, 2015 President of CORFAC International. "Precision Realty Group's extensive local knowledge and contacts in the Philadelphia area strengthens our global network and provides our members with best-in-class real estate services in an important US market."

Led by principals Shaun Lyons, Steve Jeffries and Britt Mazzagatti, PRG provides leasing and sales services to occupiers and property owners in retail, office, industrial, multifamily and land sectors. PRG has expertise in single and multiple-property acquisitions and dispositions with sale leasebacks, net-leased properties and in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. In recent years PRG added tenant representation services in addition to property management. Shaun Lyons is president and CEO of the firm he co-founded in 2007 with Steve Jeffries.

An invitation-only network of privately held and entrepreneurial commercial real estate brokerage and property management firms with 81 offices throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia, CORFAC International asked Precision Realty Group to join after a strong endorsement from Joe Latina, a principal of Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International, based in Wilmington, DE.

Lyons is a former adjunct professor at the School of Business at Villanova University where he taught at The Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate. He received his bachelor's degree from Villanova. Jefferies, born and raised in the Philadelphia area, is a graduate of Elon University in North Carolina. Both men are former recipients of the "Top 40 under 40" in commercial real estate (Lyons by the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and Jeffries by the Pottstown Mercury and the Tri-County Area Chamber of Commerce); the recognition honors top young producers in the Philadelphia suburbs. Britt Mazzagatti is the president of PRG's Management Division. He holds a bachelor's degree in business finance and accounting from Neumann College/Villanova University and has more than ten years of experience managing office and industrial portfolio's in the Philadelphia region.

"We are confident this relationship will enable us to leverage our senior-level expertise and client base into new business opportunities in the Philadelphia area and other markets," says Jeffries. "We look forward to working with a group of like-minded professionals to better serve our clients and theirs."
