CHANDLER, AZ—Tenant improvements for Desert Kidney Associates' Chandler office have been completed by LGE Design Build. The medical facility is located at 2233 W. Fairview St. at the Fairview Medical Center, a 20,250-square-foot medical office building near the Chandler Regional Medical Center and Loop 202.

The firm constructed the Fairview Medical Center in summer 2015.The design of the medical center is integrated into Desert Kidney Associates' tenant improvements. Desert Kidney Associates has nine exam rooms, medical service areas and an education room for patients.

"The design aesthetic is modern with exposed structural steel and concrete block. The entry patio is inviting and envelops patients as they walk in. The lobby and exam rooms include natural light while remaining intimate," said Sherman Cawley, president of Cawley Architects. "All of these design elements are intended to make patients feel welcome and comfortable."

LGE Design Build has a long-standing relationship with Desert Kidney Associates as it constructed a 10,000-square-foot building for Desert Kidney Associates in Mesa, AZ in 2012.

Dave Sellers, LGE Design Build president, tells GlobeSt.com: "LGE Design Build is proud to complete the tenant improvements for Desert Kidney Associates at the Fairview Medical Center in Chandler. Like an increasing number of medical office users today, Desert Kidney Associates focused on creating a space that maximizes the comfort of patients."

In addition to Desert Kidney Associates, the 8,000-square-foot Brain & Spine Center is also located at the Fairview Medical Center.
