Woodmont Recruits Ben Rosen From KTR to Lead Acquisitions

FAIRFIELD, NJ—Woodmont Industrial Partners has named Ben Rosen director of acquisitions. In this new role, Rosen will spearhead the expansion of Woodmont Industrial Partners’ portfolio of industrial properties and land sites across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and beyond.

Previously, Rosen was an asset manager at New York City-based KTR Capital Partners, where he was in charge of the firm’s 10-million-square-foot tristate portfolio. During this time, Rosen facilitated several large lease transactions, including a 1.1 million square foot lease with Amazon.com in Carteret, NJ.
