AUSTIN--X Team International and its partners Mountain West Retail and Investment (MWRI), Dunbar Commercial and Endeavor Real Estate Group (EREG) have completed three sale-leaseback transactions for Melrose Family Fashions totaling 32,160 square feet.
The Melrose Family Fashions stores included in the transaction are located in three Texas cities: Laredo, Odessa and Rio Grande City. MWRI's Chris Hatch, Dunbar Commercial's Bill Dunbar and EREG's Dan Frey brokered the transactions. Capview Partners was the buyer.

Melrose Family Fashions opened in 1976 and has grown to more than 100 locations throughout Texas, New Mexico, Nevada and California. The retail store offers clothing for men, women and children, as well as a toys and accessories department.
