FONTANA, CA—Bridge Development Partners, LLC has selected Premier Design + Build, LLC to take charge of a sizable construction initiative—Bridge Point Fontana I & II.

The industrial complex will serve as home to two buildings that will set the standard for facilities in the Southern California market. Groundbreaking took place in December 2015 and tenants will be able to move into these buildings, totaling 878,839 sq ft, 2nd quarter of 2016.

Bridge Point Fontana is strategically located near the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach with immediate access to Interstates 10 and 15. Tenants of the complex will also benefit from the large and willing workforce throughout and around San Bernardino County, the fifth most populous county in California.

"I am thrilled that Bridge Development Partners has chosen Fontana as their home. Bridge Point Fontana will bring hundreds of jobs to the city and help in our continued effort to bring economic growth to our region," said Mayor Acquanetta Warren.

"Southern California is a major focus for us because its growth spurs economic success nationwide," says Premier executive vice president Brian Paul. "Bridge Point Fontana is one of many planned facilities that will attract top companies and inspire communities and commerce."

Commerce-driven business tenants will be able to occupy Bridge Point Fontana I and take advantage of 434,170 sq ft of available space. Bridge Point Fontana II will offer slightly more space at 444,669 sq ft.

The facilities will feature 36' clear-height warehouse spaces, 106 truck dock positions, 4 drive-in doors, an ESFR fire protection sprinkler system and 2,000 amp, 277/480 volt electrical service. To accommodate growing business development and high-traffic distribution, 462 trailer-parking stalls will be provided as well.

Premier and Bridge selected Crime Survivors as the charity to support in conjunction with the Bridge Point Fontana groundbreaking ceremony. Committed to serving the community by being an advocate and resource for crime victims and their families, the charity issued proceeds to the families of the victims of the San Bernardino shooting.

Steve Gabbert of Premier Design + Build Group, LLC is overseeing construction and Wayne Nyenhuis is the field superintendent. DAUM Commercial Real Estate Partners is representing the building. Carlile Coatsworth Architects, Inc. along with HSA & Associates Inc. are providing architectural and engineering services. Albert A. Webb Associates is the civil engineer on the project.
