MIAMI–Key International and 13th Floor Investments just delivered 400 Sunny Isles. The companies just received a temporary certificate of occupancy for the project and owners will soon take residence in their units.
The 230-unit condo project is located in Sunny Isles Beach, FL, just west of Collins Avenue. The project, which is the first ground-up condo Key and 13th Floor completed together in this cycle, is 100% sold out.
Liliana Paez, CEO of Key, tells GlobeSt.com the projectd "drew buyers from across the US and around the world. Paez says she's "already seeing similar sales activity at The Harbour, which is only a half-mile away."
Offering 230 units in two towers, 400 Sunny Isles sits on 640 feet of bayfront, walking distance from the Atlantic Ocean. Designed by Chad Oppenheim and Kobi Karp, the condo features a full-service marina complete with both dry and wet docking facilities. The project's buyer base includes owners from all over the world, with Argentina, Brazil, and Venezuela being its top international feeder markets.
The joint venture also built Eden House, a 98-unit mixed-use condo project in 2013. The Harbour, meanwhile, is set to break ground in the first quarter of 2016. And the sold-out 1010 Brickell tower in Miami's Brickell District is under construction and set to deliver in late 2016.
