HOUSTON—Cresa is relocating in Houston.

The company has moved its office from 5599 San Felipe St. to 1990 Post Oak Blvd. The move stems from the need to accommodate Cresa's growth in personnel, continued expansion of its service lines, "and its need for space that is more reflective of the firm's professional image and position as a top-tier provider of commercial real estate services in the marketplace," say firm reps.

Cresa Houston executed a long-term lease at Three Post Oak Central in the heart of Uptown Houston. The firm occupied its new space in late December. Managing principal André Granello, negotiated the new lease on behalf of the firm.

"The space is highly functional and provides our employees with enhanced tools and resources to better serve our clients in a highly collaborative and modernized environment," Granello says. "Our technological capabilities are state of the art. We couldn't be more pleased with our new workplace environment."

After evaluating several potential class A opportunities in central Houston, Cresa decided on Post Oak Central due to it being a "prime mixed-use complex that boasts great views of the surrounding area and is centrally located to all the primary commercial markets in Houston." The complex recently renovated the conference center and commons area.

Additionally, the Post Oak Central complex offers an array of amenities and services such as dining options, a fitness center, and a day care center.

"The firm is actively hiring, and the investment in our new space and infrastructure was a fundamental step in our ambition to provide our current and future employees with the very best workplace standard in the industry where they can innovate, collaborate and serve our customers to the best of their ability," says Granello.
