PHOENIX—A former president and partner of a retail brokerage company has joined Colliers International in Greater Phoenix. Stan Sanchez joins Colliers as senior vice president in the area of retail and investment services.
With his former company, Sanchez managed more than 200 retail listings and escrow closings, and aided in the execution of more than 3,000 lease transactions. Sanchez is experienced in brokerage, landlord and tenant representation, project leasing, development consulting, investment services/sales, commercial land acquisitions and Hispanic retail markets.

Additionally, he has completed more than 2.5 million square feet of retail lease transactions. His clients include Hines, Houston; AETNA Realty, New York City; Kimco Realty, New York City; and Pacific Coast Capital Partners, Los Angeles.
