ORLANDO—Industrial real estate veteran Rick Narkiewicz has joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's (NGKF) Central Florida team. He comes on board as senior managing director.
Narkiewicz is consistently ranked as one of the most successful brokers in the Tampa Bay region. He is one of the top 25 producers in Florida across all business lines.
"Rick is an industrial power player who is a key hire in a significant recruiting run as we expand our Central Florida footprint and position the Tampa office for growth," says Brett Hunsaker, executive vice president and regional managing director for NGKF in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
