HOUSTON--Savills Studley has new leadership in its Houston office. The firm has announced the promotion of Bryant Lach to assistant director.

In his new role, Lach will drive new business development, strategic planning and oversee the day-to-day services to a number of top-tier clients.

"Bryant's unfettered drive and diligence has helped him become an invaluable member of our team and a deserving recipient of this promotion," says Mark O'Donnell, executive vice president and co-branch manager of Savills Studley's Houston office.

With a strong focus on the Houston market, Lach has represented several notable organizations including The Brock Group, Skadden Arps, the Australian Consulate and Etoco.

Lach graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree, where he played collegiate golf. Prior to his commercial real estate career, he became a pro golfer and played as a member of the NGA Tour. Lach is a member of the finance committee for Habitat for Humanity
