HOUSTON—Stream has added another vice president to its Houston team.
Richard Barbles has joined the firm's office leasing team; he will be responsible for project leasing, lease analysis, acquisitions, dispositions and project development within an expanding 11 million-square-foot office leasing and management portfolio.
"We are thrilled to have Richard join our team," Stewart Lyman, vice president, told GlobeSt.com. "He brings a wealth of experience to the table and will immediately deliver strong results to our clients and partners."
Prior to joining Stream, Richard directed leasing operations at Colvill Office Properties where he was responsible for a 3 million-square-foot portfolio of class A office properties on behalf of numerous institutional owners, including Piedmont, Clarion, Wedge Properties and Hines, with a primary focus on leasing, marketing and advisory services. Before his time at Colvill, Richard directed leasing and marketing operations for a 2 million-square-foot portfolio at Fuller Realty Partners. This past experience leverages his performance as a high-capacity broker with deep Houston roots, say Stream reps.
"Richard's track record in the industry and reputation in the brokerage community will add immediate value to our company and to our clients. We are thrilled to have Richard on our team," says Ryan Bishop, managing director.
Richard is a graduate of Mississippi State University where he was a member of the MSU golf team. He spent five years as a golf professional and competed professionally before he made the transition into the real estate business.
