ATLANTA—Pattillo Construction Corporation is getting a brand new home. The fourth-generation family owned business is relocating from its offices in Stone Mountain, GA to Century Center center in the first quarter in Atlanta.
"It is important to us to have access to our customers and also provide a comfortable and seamless relocation process for our employees," says Isaac Ross, who's the director of "Working with CBRE, we have met these goals and can now focus on rebranding and company growth efforts in our new corporate office."
Pattillo will occupy 12,000 square feet at 2600 Century Parkway in an office park strategically located at Interstate 85 and Clairmont Road. The location will make room for Pattillo's employees to office on the first floor with dedicated access, just as in the previous location.
The new location also positions the company in a more accessible area for customers. Finally, the new space offers plenty of amenities, including several fitness centers, cafes and a park-like atmosphere.
CBRE's Dale Lewis represented Pattillo in its office relocation. John Grimsley represented Highwoods at Century Center.
