NEWPORT BEACH, CA—Panattoni Development Company, Inc., a leading international development company, says Stephen Batcheller has stepped down from his role as partner in the Orange County / Inland Empire office, effective January 15. Batcheller has decided to focus on his own investment and development opportunities.
The frim's board of directors has named Jacob LeBlanc, senior development manager, as partner in the Orange County / Inland Empire office.
"I would like to thank Steve for his dedicated service to Panattoni," said Adon Panattoni, chief executive officer. "We had a great run of success together, and we wish Steve the best of luck in the future. The Orange County / Inland Empire office has grown significantly with the assistance of Steve's leadership over the past several years and has been among the most profitable in our system. He has been instrumental in building a great team that puts us in a very strong position moving forward."
LeBlanc has been with Panattoni for more than nine years.
"Jacob has made significant contributions to Panattoni, playing instrumental roles in executing numerous high profile developments for the company. I am extremely excited for Jacob and expect another great run of success," Adon Panattoni said.
