NEWPORT BEACH, CA—Panattoni Development Company, Inc., a leading international development company, says Stephen Batcheller has stepped down from his role as partner in the Orange County / Inland Empire office, effective January 15. Batcheller has decided to focus on his own investment and development opportunities.

The frim's board of directors has named Jacob LeBlanc, senior development manager, as partner in the Orange County / Inland Empire office.

"We had a great run of success together, and we wish Steve the best of luck in the future.
