AUSTIN--AQUILA Commercial today announced one new lease and two renewals signed at Hartland Plaza in Austin.

AUSTIN–AQUILA Commercial today announced one new lease and two renewals signed at Hartland Plaza in Austin.

9Gauge has signed a lease for 5,133 square feet and was represented by Matt Wilhite of AQUILA Commercial. 9Gauge is an Austin-based consulting firm. Also, Workplace Resource has renewed its lease for 5,911 square feet and was represented by Bre Miller Brown and Zane Cole with Jones Lang LaSalle and Ryan Bohls with Newmark Grubb Knight. Workplace Resource is a part of the Herman Miller Certified Network and provides high-performance interior work places.
