FRISCO—New tenants are lining up for space at Wade Park in Frisco.

Yard House, Sur La Table, Paper Source, Luna Grill and Blo Blow Dry Bar are among the notable lineup of restaurants and retailers heading to Thomas Land & Development's 175-acre, $1.6-billion mixed-use project.

Set to open in Wade Park's first phase in 2017, the new tenants will be in good company with previously signed shops, restaurants and entertainment venues including Whole Foods Market, iPic Theaters and Thirteen Pies.

In total, the first phase will feature approximately 600,000 square feet of specialty retail space. Hotel ZaZa as well as Texas' first Langham Hotels & Resorts hotel are also slated for Wade Park, in addition to a variety of high-end office and residential space.

Prospective tenants are already looking forward to the opening.
