IRVING, TX—MultiView Inc. went on an expansive search across northwest Dallas before deciding to renew at the class-A office building at 7701 Las Colinas Ridge. The decision to maintain its corporate headquarters at One Panorama Center came after the digital marketing company got a competitive extension structure for the 109,610-square-foot lease. And, new owner Regent Properties has promised significant upgrades at the property.

Regent, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment management company that acquired the asset in October 2014 from Boxer Properties, is already making good on its pledge. The firm has made a number of interior and exterior improvements at the property thus far, including the addition of outdoor amenities and a fitness center.

Matthew Benbassat, executive vice president of Regent Properties, tells GlobeSt.com: "We are very pleased that our great tenant MultiView has decided to remain at One Panorama Center. The retention of Multiview is due in no small part to the excellent leasing teams at Transwestern as well as the recent and ongoing upgrades to the project which include a new outdoor patio offering open seating and meeting areas, and the addition of a state of the art gym."

Duane Henley and Nathan Durham of Transwestern negotiated the extension on behalf of Regent Properties, while John Fulton, SIOR, also of Transwestern, represented MultiView.

Completed in 1999, One Panorama Center is a 208,450 square-foot, eight-story office building developed by Transwestern Dallas near the LBJ Freeway/Interstate-635 and the President George Bush Turnpike/State Highway 161 intersection. Also home to QBE and Commercial Metals, among others, the property currently has more than 35,000 square feet of available space for lease, according to CoStar
