Vine, Hoboken, NJ

HOBOKEN, NJ—Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation and Bijou Properties have launched Vine, a new 11-story building with 135 rental units at 900 Monroe Street in Hoboken, NJ.

The partners are now leasing one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in Vine, which are available for immediate occupancy. The Marketing Directors is the building's marketing and exclusive leasing agent.
