MIAMI—Could a personalized intelligence feed shake up the commercial real estate industry? RE Console, a Rokk3r Labs company, believes it will.

RE Console is working to drive a technological shake-up with its new “all-in-one” automated research tool. The tool promises to save investment property owners and commercial real estate industry professionals time and money. The beta launch is focused on the South Florida region, but RE Console aims to expand to the rest of the United States by the end of 2016.

“The real estate industry is in dire need of a technological shake-up,” Xavier Cossard, co-founder and CEO of RE Console, tells GlobeSt.com. “Most professionals are still using the same tools their predecessors were 20 years ago. We use machine learning to classify each user so we know what's interesting to them and can surface those unknown opportunities in real-time through our personalized notifications feed.”
