PHILADELPHIA, PA—Chris Heck, the chief revenue officer of the Philadelphia ’76ers basketball team, has been added to the agenda as a member of the “Build, Rebuild, Renew” panel at ALM’s RealShare Philadelphia Conference tomorrow, February 9, at the historic Union League Club .

In his role, Heck implements strategies and oversees all initiatives related to revenue growth for the Sixers, including corporate partnerships, marketing activation, ticketing sales, client service and premium sales. Under Heck’s leadership, the Sixers have sold the four largest partnership in team history, doubled the new season ticket holder fan base and established the teams Patriot Partner platform. Additionally, Heck has created and launched 1776 Sports and Entertainment, is working on the management team building the sixers training complex in Camden, NJ, and oversees the management of the Phila100 influencer program. Heck will join panelists Eric Blumenfeld, f ounder and principal, EB Realty Management Corporation;  Robert Cottone , president and CEO, IMC Construction; Michael D’Onofrio , managing director, Engineered Tax Services, and Gary Gabriel , executive vice president, Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey. Moderating the panel is Carl Primavera , partner, Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg. Panelists will discuss the area’s most notable projects as well as the in-demand geographical areas, available tax abatements, and impact on the community. Among the expected topics:
  • Will Camden do for Philadelphia what Jersey City did for NYC?
  • Where does repurposing fit into the thriving activity, and
  • Will these projects continue to flourish or will they falter from overbuilding?

The panel is scheduled to start at 11:05 a.m. The conference kicks off Tuesday, February 9 at 7:30 am at the Union League Club , 140 South Broad Street, Philadelphia.
