Dori C. Nolan is the latest insider that Capri has promoted to a leadership position

CHICAGO— Capri Capital Partners , a Capri Investment Group company, has just promoted Dori C. Nolan , partner, investments to head of investments and appointed her as a voting member of the its investment committee. “Dori has a keen intellect and the ability to take the most complicated investment issues and thoughtfully present them to our institutional clients and joint venture partners,” says Quintin E. Primo III , chairman and chief executive officer of the Chicago-based Capri. “Dori leads with great humility and compassion and has been an invaluable member of our team. She is exemplary of the leadership opportunities within Capri for women and people of color.” In the past year, Capri has promoted several long-time insiders. As reported in GlobeSt.com, in early 2015, it elevated Gwendolyn L. Butler to vice chairwoman, global investor relations. Butler had been serving as Capri's president and head of investor relations. And L. Heather Mitchell was promoted to president and chief operating officer. Mitchell, who previously served as the firm's chief administrative officer as well as principal, investor relations, was also promoted to partner. “Having been a part of this industry for 20 years, I have watched the firm steadily expand into a global real estate investment organization” says Nolan, who just celebrated her 15th year at Capri. “I look forward to my new role within Capri and making a valuable contribution by successfully executing a wide variety of commercial real estate investment mandates, both here in the US and potentially abroad. I believe our US multifamily and net lease focus is well-suited for international expansion and look forward to being instrumentally involved.” Nolan has been active in acquiring $1.2 billion and disposing of $1.7 billion in multifamily assets over the past five years. In addition, she has participated in a broad range of real estate equity and debt investment activities including origination, direct and joint venture investing, and portfolio risk management across the firm's various separate accounts and commingled funds. Prior to joining Capri, Nolan served as vice president of loan originations for CharterMac Mortgage Capital and as vice president of loan originations for Capri Capital Finance, LLC where she originated over $1 billion in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans.
