Booming Doral Gets In on Alternative Workspace Trend

MIAMI— Coworking office space is invading Doral—the third-fastest growing city in the United States—at a time when the city is seeing an economic and residential boom. Pipeline Workspaces just opened its new shared office space concept there. Pipeline’s collaborative workspaces target entrepreneurs, start-ups, professionals and international business executives. The company opened its third location in Coral Gables just months ago. The shared office concept occupies about 14,000 square feet inside the Doral Concourse office building at 8400 Northwest 36th St. Located in the heart of the Doral Business District.
