Linde Americas Relocating HQ to Bridgewater

BRIDGEWATER, NJ– Linde Americas, one of the world’s largest producers of gases, is relocating its Americas headquarters from New Providence to 115,900 square feet of office space in Somerset Corporate Center II , a class A office building situated within SJP Properties’ master-planned Somerset Corporate Center business complex in Bridgewater, NJ. The Jones Lang LaSalle team of vice chairman Dan Loughlin , executive vice president Jim Medenbach and senior vice president Scott Lesh represented Linde in the transaction, while SJP Properties was represented in-house by senior vice president Peter Bronsnick . “We want to provide our employees with a state-of-the-art work environment that will enable us to better serve our customers in a safe and reliable manner. The lease with Linde follows recent transactions completed by SJP with Kering Eyewear and Valeant Pharmaceuticals.
