The $51 million luxury apartment community will complement nearby White Rock Park.

DALLAS—With access to some of the area’s largest employers via public transportation, The Parc at White Rock , is now underway. When complete in fall of this year, the development will be a $51 million luxury apartment community encompassing 291 residences located at the doorstep of the popular, White Rock Park . Richman Ascension , an affiliate of The Richman Group , the nation’s seventh largest rental apartment owner, has broken ground on the project, its first of a multifamily nature. Residents will appreciate the community’s access to the park and proximity to entertainment, restaurants, recreation and retail shopping. White Rock is also easy commute to some of the largest employers in the metro area through transportation options including DART.” The community is comprised of a sophisticated, modern five-story complex that will showcase sweeping views of White Rock Park. Offering studios, one- and two-bedroom residences that span 580 to 1,230 square feet, The Parc has elevated ceiling heights, private balconies and quartz or granite countertops in select residences, as well as wood plank flooring throughout all residences.
