SCOTTSDALE/TUCSON, AZ—The new owners and owner rep of a medical office complex are joining forces to create a new leasing and sales options package which is unique to the Arizona office condominium market. This effort follows the sale of Plaza Leyenda , a class-A office/medical complex located in north Scottsdale. The property is comprised of 10 buildings with single-story and two-story options. The complex features 21,762 square feet of gray-shell condominiums with an adjacent 65,195 square foot parcel. The building’s design includes exterior stone columns, custom contemporary rock water features, a courtyard with a sitting area and a raised landscaping wall. Situated at the intersection of Frank Lloyd Wright and Shea Boulevard,  Plaza Leyenda offers access to the Loop 101 and is within minutes of the Mayo Clinic and Scottsdale Healthcare . Capital Asset Management represented the buyer, MD Consultants LLC , a Utah limited liability company. The seller was FNBN-CMLCON I LLC , a Delaware limited liability company. Jason Hersker, Stephen Herman, Rachael Cisco and Scott Smith brokered the deal. MD Consultants LLC and Capital Asset Management are partnering on the new leasing and sales options package. Valencia Rd. at Valencia Commerce Center for a spay/neuter clinic. This is the first Tucson location for this non-profit organization. The landlord was represented by Pete Villaescusa, Jesse Peron and Michael Laatsch in CBRE ‘s Tucson office. The tenant was represented by Tony Reed and Roger Breckenridge with Long Realty . Bisbee Breakfast Club leased 2,900 square feet of retail space at 4811 E. Sunrise Dr. from Sunrise Heights LLC. The tenant was represented by Villaescusa and Peron. The landlord  was represented by Jim and Ryan Egan with Prime Commercial . This will be the second Tucson location for Bisbee Breakfast Club. Pizza Hut of Arizona has leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at 4811 E. Sunrise Dr. from Sunrise Heights LLC . The tenant was represented by Villaescusa and Peron. The landlord was represented by Jim and Ryan Egan. The Regency Senior Club LLC has leased 5,970 square feet of retail space at 2972 N. Campbell Ave. from Campbell Plaza One LLC . The landlord was represented by Nancy McClure with CBRE’s Tucson office. The tenant was represented by Lori Casey with Oxford Realty . Home American Mortgage Corporation has leased 990 square feet of office space at 310 Williams Center Dr., Suite 240 from DHS Property Investments . The landlord was represented by David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson with CBRE’s Tucson office. The tenant was represented by Andrew Sternberg with Oxford Realty . Ace Hardware has leased 7,776 square feet of retail space at 7882 N. Oracle Rd. from Roseville Tucson LLC . The landlord was represented by Villaescusa and Peron. The tenant was represented by Marty Olejarcyzk from Derito Partners . Boxer’s Rebellion Martial Arts has leased 1,800 square feet of retail space at 5933 E. 22nd St. from HFL Properties . The landlord was represented by Michael Laatsch with CBRE’s Tucson office.
