KING OF PRUSSIA, PA— AmeriGas Propane has signed a ten-year, 34,135-square-foot lease at Parkview , Keystone Property Group’s  landmark office tower at 1150 First Avenue in King of Prussia, PA. Parkview offers onsite amenities including a deli and fitness center. Additionally, the building is conveniently connected to the Radisson Hotel and the Valley Forge Casino . Parkview has nine floors and 220,000 square feet of office space. Parkview tenants also have access to a number of restaurants, including Valley Tavern, American Grill, Italian Market, Asian Noodle and Nosh Deli , located at Valley Forge Casino . “ AmeriGas was seeking a location that would enrich their work experience, and in Parkview, they found a building rich with the lifestyle amenities and state-of-the-art technology that provide a true live-work-dine infrastructure,” says Rich Gottlieb , partner at Keystone Property Group . “Our ability to attract this national market leader is a testament to the growing demand for a redefined office environment, and we continue to enhance properties across our portfolio to reflect this market trend.” According to AmeriGas’ vice president of human resources and strategic initiatives Troy Fee , the building was a perfect fit for the growing business. “As our company has continued to develop and expand, a need arose for a space that would meet our standards and support our growing team,” says Fee. “We are thrilled that our employees will have a state-of-the art workspace, combined with the flexibility to exercise, eat and shop within the walls of their building.” AmeriGas Propane is a full service propane supplier that provides customers with the most reliable, safest, and responsive propane service in the nation. AmeriGas Propane is the largest marketer of propane with over two million customers across all 50 states. The property also has extensive parking and offers on-site access to shuttle to commuter rail, bus, and airport service. It is proximate to Routes 76, 202, 23 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Scott Gabrielsen of Binswanger represented AmeriGas in the transaction, while James Dugan of NGKF represented Keystone Property Group .
