Michael Yu Yu says the team is constantly discovering new ways to open up new opportunities for clients.
HOUSTON—Having completed hundreds of transactions spanning limited-service, select-service, extended-stay and full-service hotels across the south and central United States, a hospitality team has joined CBRE Hotels . Led by hotel experts, Michael Yu and Rahul Bijlani , along with 13 other professionals, the team has amassed a multi-million-dollar transaction portfolio. Yu tells GlobeSt.com: “From sourcing Chinese capital in CBRE’s Asia offices, to working alongside CBRE Hotels’ Americas valuation and advisory services and research professionals (formerly PKF Consulting USA and PKF Hospitality Research), we are constantly discovering new ways to open up new opportunities for our clients.” Yu and Bijlani are sales professionals with more than 25 years of combined experience. During the last five years, they have closed more than $450 million in hotel sales transactions.
