TYSONS, VA—Computer Sciences Corp. is moving its headquarters to The Corporate Office Centre within Tysons II, under a 61,678-square foot lease it has signed with Lerner Enterprises. CSC will be on two floors at the 476,000-square foot trophy office tower.

JLL's Daniel Evans and Robert W. Anderson III represented CSC. Lerner was represented by Brian F. Tucker, Moe H. Hamilton, and John B. Dragelin of Cushman & Wakefield.

CSC follows EY into Corporate Office Centre. The accounting and consulting corporate signed on as the anchor tenant with a 125,000-square foot lease in July 2015. EY, which will move from Washington DC to relocate in Tysons II, will invest some $12 million as part of the relocation, with the build out beginning later this year. CSC is not moving from another state — the information technology contractor is currently based in Falls Church.

Tysons II is located at 1775 Tysons Blvd. The 17-story tower is still under construction but set to deliver shortly in the spring. It has the distinction of being Tyson's first building designed to achieve LEED Platinum.
