SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ—Federation Distribution, a third party logistics firm, has sold 167 Black Horse Lane in South Brunswick, NJ, a 110,000-square-foot industrial facility, to Bruce Supply, a plumbing industry supplier, for $7.7 million.
