FORT WORTH—Terraces on the Parkway and Courtyards on Glenview are now part of a portfolio of approximately 12,000 units that Monument Real Estate Services manages, mainly in the Southwest, Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. The firm also manages 12 other multifamily properties throughout Texas.
Stuart Zook, president of Monument Real Estate Services, tells GlobeSt.com: “Metropolises like Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston, as well as smaller surrounding cities, continue to be appealing markets for multifamily investment. In such a competitive marketplace, owners value Monument's hands-on approach to streamlining the operations of workforce housing communities. Whether Monument owns the property or is managing it for a third party, we strive to understand the unique needs of each community and provide personalized service. We've found this strategy to be a key component in maintaining high occupancy and reducing tenant turnover.”

Comprised of garden-style apartment homes offering studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, Terraces on the Parkway is located at 1109 N. Carrier Pkwy. Interior amenities include washer/dryer connections in select units, black-on-black appliances, faux wood plank flooring and custom glass tile backsplash accents. The apartment community also features a new fitness center, a playground, a dog park, a swimming pool, custom outdoor kitchens with barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The property was recently acquired by EB Terrace Parkway LP.
