DALLAS— UST XVI Victory Park , a real estate investment fund managed by affiliates of Estein & Associates USA Ltd. , became a partner in Victory Park in 2005 and the largest owner of the Victory Park buildings in 2009. In 2012, UST partnered with Trademark Property Company to rebrand and develop a new vision for the retail district in Victory Park. Plans for Victory Park’s next phase are underway and include increasing retail space, revamping Victory Park Lane, and changing storefronts, signage and landscaping. Victory Park also hopes to extend the southern terminus of the Katy Trail to the centrally located park area within the district. Victory Park is currently home to more than 1,000 residences, 620,000 square feet of office space, the W Dallas-Victory Hotel , and street-front retailers and restaurants. Also located within Victory Park is the American Airlines Center , home of the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars ; House of Blues, the Dallas Museum of Art, the Dallas World Aquarium , and Perot Museum of Nature and Science . One of those residential communities is Camden Victory Park , just opened by Camden Property Trust . Camden Victory Park offers one- and two-bedroom apartment homes in the heart of the revitalized neighborhood. Dawn Mathwig , Camden regional vice president, tells GlobeSt.com: “Victory Park is quickly becoming one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in Texas. We think it’s the perfect location for our fourteenth luxury Dallas community.” Featuring chef’s kitchens with large cabinets, quartz countertops, tile backsplashes and stainless steel appliances, each unit has 10 to 15-foot ceilings, walk-in showers and soaking tubs, wood plank flooring, spacious walk-in closets with custom wood shelving, sound-reduction technology, and full-sized washers and dryers. The newly constructed community features a pool with expansive entertainment, lounging and grilling areas, a 1,700 square foot high endurance fitness zone with Wellbeats virtual trainer studio and TRX stations, cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights. There is also a lounge with Wi-Fi and computers, game lounge with billiards and flat screen TVs, bike storage, complimentary bike usage, and pet spa grooming area with fenced-in pet park. Residents and tenants are within walking distance of the Katy Trail, a 3.5-mile walking, jogging and bike path; the DART commuter rail and the Trinity Rail Express, connecting Victory Park to other parts of Dallas, Fort Worth and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Camden’s Victory Park has access to Interstate 35, Dallas North Tollway, The Woodall Rogers Freeway.
