Secondary Investment Markets Gain Traction

ROSEVILLE, CA—The Tri Counties Bank CEO tells GlobeSt.com that the recent acquisition of an office building located within Slate Creek Corporate Center will consolidate major operations into one facility, in a location where a great number of banks and financial services companies are located. That 40,000-square-foot office building at 3700 Douglas Blvd. is to serve as Tri Counties’ new regional headquarters.

The bank has multiple offices in Roseville, where it had a Small Business Administration loan office, a separate commercial lending office, several branches and supermarket branches. With $4.1 billion in assets, Chico, CA-based Tri Counties Bank is the primary subsidiary of TriCo Bancshares and has offices all over Northern California, including 11 in the Sacramento region.
