One51

SAN ANTONIO—Stream's recently completed One51 Office Centre in Westover Hills off of Highway 151 is taking shape and phase two is in the works. The second half of the project has broken ground with a completion date slated for December 2016. The class-A project will consist of a 101,000 rentable square foot, two-story office building.

The developed office space will offer tenants large open floor plates for efficient and flexible work space design ranging from 22,000 to 101,000 square feet. The property features 7:1,000 paring to accommodate dense office layout, 10-foot ceilings, 24-hour access, visibility and access from Highway 151, and dual pane low E glass oversized windows.

Carolyn Shaw, managing director, Stream Realty Partners–Central Texas LP will lease the office property.

Shaw tells GlobeSt.com: “Westover Hills is transforming into a centralized hub for corporation offices, a shift that reflects the need for the next generation of office space. The area's economic growth is a trend that is only expected to amplify over the next couple of years that is currently home to Microsoft Corp., Frost Bank, QVC, Chase, Kohl's and Stream Data Centers' data center, among others.”

One51 Office Centre's Phase 2 is located on 8.97 acres of land in close proximity to San Antonio International Airport, along with other prominent landmarks in the area including Sea World and the Hyatt Hill Country Resort. Westover Hills is home to numerous corporate campuses mentioned by Shaw, in addition to Nationwide Insurance, Wells Fargo, Hartford Insurance, Capital Group, and a variety of neighborhood restaurants and retail.

“The early success of One51 Office Center Phase 1 and San Antonio's continued growth into Westover Hills confirmed the need for additional, premier office space in this region,” said Shaw. “We welcome the opportunity to assist companies in relocating or expanding to Westover Hills.”
